This two-hour supervisory training meets the new California mandate affecting employers within the state who employ 50 or more people. This workshop uses both interactive exercises and
direct instruction, and enables supervisors to understand their vital role in creating a respectful,
harassment-free work environment. Supervisors will also learn techniques for effectively
intervening to stop inappropriate workplace behavior.
